To support underachieving students and families to enable them to overcome their barriers to learning, closing the gap and ensuring they develop effective learning behaviours.

The successful candidate should show initiative and flexibility when working with children of all ages and abilities and be able to contribute to the outstanding ethos of the college.

Applicants must hold GCSE English and Maths grade C and above or equivalent.

Closing date: 20th June 2013 at 12noon
Interviews: 21st June 2013
