Chartwells is taking a pro-active approach to the supply of white fish in all sectors of its education business. By using various tried and tasted white fish species in a cyclical manner we can reduce our dependency on Cod alone. We intend to introduce a range of white fish such as Coley, Basa and Hake, along with Cod for use in dishes such as battered fish or breaded fish and chips. We have produced simple information flyers to inform and educate both our clients and consumers on this proactive approach.
